Tiffany Mack is the founder and Principal Consultant at LIVE LUX GROUP, a conglomerate of professional development resources for executives and entrepreneurs seeking to boost their credibility, grow their exposure and reach their goals – online and offline – with a professional brand that’s meaningful, memorable, and monetized. She's the creator of #KNOWLIKETHRUST, an eight-week online intensive course that helps people learn how to present their value in a meaningful way, without losing themselves in the process.

As a personal branding consultant with 15 years of media, sales, and marketing experience, Tiffany helps career professionals and employers more strategically communicate their value, enabling them to highlight their strengths and come across as the authority for what they know and do best. Tiffany has amassed the content from her mentoring sessions, one-on-one coaching calls, and presentations, and is excited to launch her career advancement courses.

WHAT I DO

After several years of applying my marketing and communications skills at various corporations and agencies to enhance their big business identities, using research and strategy to overcome challenges and build successful corporate brands - I decided to help women like me to find their voice and more strategically communicate their value, enabling them to highlight their strengths and come across as the authority for what they know and do best. ​ I amassed the content from my mentoring sessions, one-on-one coaching calls, and presentations, and combined them to form LIVE LUX GROUP, a conglomerate of professional development resources for rising stars, specialists, and entrepreneurs seeking to boost their credibility, grow their exposure, and reach their goals – online and offline – with a professional brand that’s meaningful, memorable, and monetized.



HOW I WORK

I am constantly feeding off real-world experiences in my work and conceptualizing ideas to help clients in my day-to-day life. I don’t consider my work a chore or a burden, I consider it my passion. ​ ​The greatest thing about pursuing a meaningful career is that I don’t have to segment my personality into my ‘work’ self and my ‘out-of-the-office’ self. I can be the same person all the time - true to my personal brand - consistent and focused on helping you succeed.



WHAT I BELIEVE

I keep hearing business coaches tell their students with the goal of business ownership that no matter how crowded their niche, they are their own secret sauce, and that no one can do it the way they can.

While that's true, if you haven't developed your own personal brand - perhaps as a result of trying to be so many things to so many people - you're not going to attract the right audience or opportunities, because you haven't put enough time and effort into self-exploration and self-awareness, to participate in self-expression. It turns out some people are really knowledgeable and very good at what they do but have a hard time articulating their value to others. Developing your personal brand is essential to becoming more valuable to your organization or your industry. Fortunately, there are many straightforward ways to become more visible and valuable, even if you are not naturally outgoing. In fact, I found a way to help people present their value in a meaningful way, while not losing themselves in the process.
